High Intensity Skills Clinic
A one of a kind opportunity
to improve your skills,
fitness and knowledge

What to expect

Five hours of direct, player focussed training with USC senior coaches.
Players must wear proper soccer attire, be ready to learn and expect being challenged.

St. Andrews MS provides a grass field, so proper cleats must be worn.
Shin pads are mandatory for scrimmages, so don't forget to pack them.

It is important to bring indoor gym soccer shoes in case we use the gym (inclement weather and/or lunch break).

All players must bring along their own lunch, reusable water bottles, sunscreen and alternate clothing.

Avoid peanut products.

Who is it for

This clinic is perfect for any player that has previous or current experience playing competitive youth soccer (U8 to U11).
The challenges and demands of the four days of training will support, supplement and enhance the training received at their own team, may that be a USC SS team or another club's team.

Players that are uncertain about their level of play but aim to enter the competitive stream at one point are most welcome to take this opportunity to gain experience.
The main prerequisite to attend this clinic is the desire to learn, train hard and focussed, being a team player but also concentrating on their personal improvement.
