Who is this for?

SKILLS & GAMES: This program is for all who want to improve their current skills,
fitness and mobility.
The player must be prepared and focussed to train and scrimmage at a raised intensity level.
Ball control, agility, quickness, mobility, spatial awareness and game intelligence are the benefits.
A small class ensures maximum attention to detail and individual success.​​​​
BALL MASTERY: This is for players who want to 'deep dive' into the skills that made many players famous. The focus is strictly on ball control, implementing the Coerver method that was created by Wiel Coerver in 1980.
Coerver’s club Feyenoord won the UEFA Europa League in 1974. The Coerver method has inspired and helped a number of famous professional footballers, from Arjen Robben to Boudewijn Zenden.

This program is performance driven with the top players of each age group receiving a medal stating the achievement level.
Achievement levels are:
Bronze (Nov/Dec), Silver (Jan/Feb), Gold (Mar/Apr)

This program is beneficial for those players who want to enhance their current program,
may that program be at another club or at our own USC.
The player must be prepared to train at a high intensity level.

Goal Keepers will find all the tools to succeed between the posts!
Players must be of proper age by December 31, 2025
