All sessions are 60 minutes in duration
We operate on Holidays, except Canada Day and Labour Day

 'Total Fun' small sided game environment where no scores are kept.
Everybody gets a touch to the ball.
Emphasis on Physical Literacy. 

Age and/or ability based teams.
Professional coaches lead activities, volunteer coaches assist and supervise.
If you wish to become a volunteer coach, please indicate so during registration.

Example Session:

• Fun Game with lots of movement:
  Spacial Awareness, Listening, Basic Physical Literacy, Changing direction

• Break

• Fun Game introducing ball:
  Movement with a ball, Basic Physical Literacy

• Break

• Ball Familiarity:
  Ball Control, Listening, Movement with a ball

• Break

• Mini-Games (1v1, 2v2, etc):
  Kicking, Ball control, Movement, Learning the game
